If a sampling port is installed, please address this setup in this section and section <br />"6 Sampling Method." <br />3 Preparation for Sampitng Evert <br />1. As noted with the Lake Sampling Protocol, please separate preparation activities from equipment <br />needed. <br />2. Confirm sample bottle size. Field notes from the August 2003 samples say 2.5 L versus 1 L noted <br />here. <br />3. Include extra sample bottles and lids in the materials list, in case either is dropped. <br />4. AS noted for the Lake Sampling Protocol, do the bottles have TefloMined lids, as noted in the <br />TNRCC sampling procedures? Does the lab completely prepare the sample bottles (i.e. pre-rinse <br />with one of the listed solvents for semi-volatlles)? <br />5. Please provide for prior not cation of sampling to the Toppers, to address one of Mr. Topper's <br />"critigl concerns" expressed in his December 7, 2004 a-mail. <br />6. Include notifying the owner of the sampler's ardval on site, and departure, if home. Otherwise, <br />leave notficetion that sampling occurred. <br />7. Note that at least 40 feet of measuring cable needs to be unwound and decontaminated. <br />3. How is the cable kept from being contaminated by the ground as 40-60 feet are unwound? <br />4.
