(yes) <br />Mr Javemick: What is Aggregate Industries' response to that? <br />Mr. Mike Refer, Aggregate Industries: I'm Mike Refer with Aggregate Industries. <br />That's fine with us. <br />Mr. Javernick: Thank you very much. <br />- On October 29, 2003, at the objector's request, the well permit number referenced <br />by Stipulation 2 was modified to reflect the alluvial irrigation well, permit no. 32883 <br />instead of the domestic well, permit no. 2455. The rest of the stipulation was <br />unchanged. <br />- February 1, 2005 -Letter sent by the Division to Permittee/Operator (Aggregate <br />Industries) with Division review of and comments on proposed DIMP water quality <br />monitoring plan required by Stipulation 1 to the permit. <br />- February 2, 2005 -Letter sent by the Division to the Objector (Karen and Ralf <br />Topper) to respond to concerns expressed in their prior letters. <br />• Both of these letters stated, "Per the Board Order, Well No. 32883 will be <br />sampled twice -once before pit dewatering begins, and once after." <br />- February 9, 2005 -Letter received from the objector's requesting a Board hearing to <br />clarify the well sampling frequency required by Stipulation No. 2. <br />
