Whenever Contractor's work is in proximity to a <br />company area, Contractor's nctivities are to be <br />coordinated with the company representative <br />responsible for that area. <br />It is expected that Contractor's employees Confine <br />themselves to those areas where Contractor's work <br />is being performed. <br />3. Applicable insurance information must be submitted <br />by the Contractor and verified by the company <br />before eocmencement o! work. <br />4. Any work deemed hazardous by the company or <br />Contractor will be ctapped and fully investigated <br />before wank resumes. <br />5. Hard hats, safety glasses and safety shoes or boots <br />must be worn at all times while on the job. <br />Appropriate personal clothing must also be worn. <br />6. Speeielized equipment, such as safety bolts, <br />hearing protectors, respirators, etc. must be us¢d <br />whey. applicable. <br />7. All work areas must be maintained in an orderly <br />manner. Waste materials, scrap, etc. shall be <br />placed in proper containers. <br />8. Materials shall be stored and arranged so ns to <br />secure against ta2linq or collapse. <br />9. All combustible or flammable materials must be <br />stored, dispensed and used properly. "Na Smoking" <br />signs shall be posted and observed. <br />10. Contractors must naintaln adequate fire protection <br />for the work site ana equipment. <br />11. Adequate first aid shall be made available at the <br />• site and arrangements made in advance foz medical <br />treatment of injured employees. <br />12. In the event of a serious accident or injuries, the <br />Contractor shall notify the designated company <br />representative immedintely. <br />13. Records shall be kept of all injuries. <br />14. Electrical tools must be grounded properly or <br />double insulated. <br />
