Generally, drums or barrels of liquids will be stored on barrel racks.
Any drums or barrels of liquids stored outdoors will be placed on racks or pallets to
prevent contact with the ground and possible corrosion of the drums. These will also
be located within containment to prevent the spread of any leaks or spills.
To ensure the integrity of all containment berms or walls, they will be inspected on
weekly bases and immediately following a storm event.
