Also, <br />please provide a commitment to refrain from any exposure of groundwater in the amendment <br />area until the operator can provide written documentation of a new well permit as requested by <br />the OSE. Please respond. <br />6.4.12 EXHHiIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />6. The reclamation costs provided aze based on a total disturbance of 38 acres rather than the <br />entire 51 acres, including disturbance of the 13 acre amendment azea. Please revise Exhibit L - <br />Reclamation Cost to include reclamation of the entire 51 acres. Demolition costs maybe deleted <br />provided you can verify that there aze no buildings or other structures on site that will need to be <br />removed during final reclamation in order to achieve the post-mining land use of wildlife habitat <br />and agricultural use. Please respond. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />7. In conformance with Rule 6.4.19, please clazify whether there aze any permanent man-made <br />structures within 200 feet of the existing 38 acre disturbance azea and/or proposed 13 acre <br />amendment area. Rule 1.8.1 states that <br />changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
