The primary purposes for this Technical <br />Revision are to adjust the boundaries of Affected Areas and to make minor revisions to the <br />Permit boundary to fully encompass all mine-related disturbances. In conjunction with this <br />Technical Revision request, the Operator is also proposing minor clarifications in the <br />reclamation plan for the Permit. <br />The following materials are submitted herewith to support the requested Technical Revision: <br />1. Figure 1. "GENERAL LOCATION MAP", 1" = 300', Revision January 6, 2004. <br />2. Figure 2. "SUNDAY MINE, ROADS AND VENT HOLES", I" = 200', Revision <br />January 6, 2004. <br />3. Figure 3. "SUNDAY MINE", 1" = 100', Revision January 6, 2004. <br />4. Figure 4. "GMG MINE", 1" = 100', Revision January 6, 2004. <br />5. Bureau of Land Management receipt for payment of 2003 - 2004 annual maintenance <br />fees and a list of unpatented mining claims covering the sites included within the <br />Permit. <br />6. Check for $150 for the Technical Revision fee. <br />Backeround <br />The Operator received the Permit under a Succession of Operator in 1997. The Operator <br />conducted operations at the Sunday Mine during the period of November 1997 to June 1999. <br />The Sunday Mine has been on suspended operation status since June 1999. <br />The historical site maps received by the Operator do not fully reflect existing site conditions and <br />have not been updated for many years. Therefore, this Technical Revision is being requested to <br />make minor changes in the Permit boundary and Affected Areas to accurately depict site <br />conditions. <br />Boundary Chance - Sunday Mine <br />The Operator proposes to clarify the Permit boundary at the Sunday Mine. Review of the <br />existing Permit boundary determined that an Affected Area from past mine-related operations <br />
