Auy-12-2003 03:21 pm From- T-790 P.006/015 F-067 IT IS the specific intent of Mr. Halsnes and the More Family Ranches to release each other from any claims of any nature whatsoever and waiving any future right to raise these matters in any other form which might arise from this civil action because the amount of the settlement takes into account and constitutes consideration, the continued cost of litigation, and that neither Ms. Halsnes or the More Family Ranches shall file and specifically waive any tight or ability to initiate any further legal, equitable or administrative proceeding against the other party, its principals, directors, shazeholders, employees, agents and representatives, as well as its uncertainty as to any specific result. THE UNDERSIGNED parties specifically covenant and warrant that such parties have the foil power and authority to enter into this Full and Final Release of all claims, that once executed it constitutes the valid and binding legal declazation of the party enforceable in accordance with its terms and that such parties have not assigned or transferred to any person or entity any portion of any claim, or any interest in the proceeds of any settlement or judgment that maybe obtained, which is being released and waived in this Full and Final Release of All Claims. IT IS E7~CPRESSLY understood acid agreed that no promise, statement, representation, inducement or agreement not expressed herein has been made or offered, that with the exception of the Option Agreement this Full and Final Release of AI! NOTHING in this Full and Final Release of all Claims shall be interpreted to void, or in any manner invalidate, the terms'and condirions of the Option Agreement to be executed by Mr. Halsnes and the Mure Fancily Ranches contemporaneously with this instant document. Nor shall this Full and Final Release act in any fashion to prevent Mr. Halsnes or the More Family Ranches from enforcing any term or condition of the Option Agreement in the future. o~ ~ ~~
