<br />FULL ANTI FINAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
<br />BETWEEN JARLE HALSNES ANI1 MORE FAMILY RANCHES, LLC
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, Jazle Halsnes (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. HaLsnes") has asserted
<br />certain claims against More Family Ranches, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company
<br />(hereinafter referred to as "More Family Ranches"}, in Case No. O1 CV32 in the Dismet
<br />Court of Routt County, Colorado, and in the Case No. 02CA733 in the Colorado Court of
<br />Appeals, said action arising out of a dispute between the parties arising in Routt County,
<br />Colorado; and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement dispute the claims and defenses thereto set
<br />forth by the other; and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agre~;meni each expressly deny any liability with
<br />regard to the losses allegedly sustained by the other; and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement aze desirous of an amicable, full and ftnai
<br />resolution of this dispute between them;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the execurion of, among other
<br />things, an Option Agreement, of even date herewith, between the parties, the parties do
<br />hereby compromise all claims of every kind and nature against each other, their insurers,
<br />principals, agenu, successors, assigns, spouses, heirs and legal representatives, arising from
<br />the above referenced civil action, and do hereby unconditionally and completely release and
<br />forever discharge the above-named parties, their insurers, principals, agents, successors,
<br />assigns, spouses, heirs and legal representatives, from any and all past, present or future
<br />claims, demands, obligations, damages; expenses, causes of action or suits of any nature
<br />whauoever, including claims for attorney fees and costs, on account of any injuries or
<br />damages, known or unknown, both to person and property, which have occurred or resulted
<br />prior to the date hereof from the incident which forms the subject matter of the above-
<br />referenced civil action;
