(SRK), August 19A9. <br />Drawings to be read in conjunction with these Technical <br />Specifications are titled "San Luis Project Tailings Disposal Area," <br />and are in series number 14705/100 and onwards. <br />At any point during the course of the project, ~,t shall be the <br />responsibility of the Contractor to receive written confirmation from <br />the Engineer on work items in question. Should any contradiction <br />either implied or real exist between the Technical :Specifications <br />and the Drawings, the Specifications shall take precedence. In all <br />events, the decision of the Engineer is final. <br />The Owner reserves the right to furnish and! install all <br />• ~ portions of the work described with his own forces if he so desires. <br />Work not covered by these Specifications includes permanent millsite <br />access roads, pumping systems for tailings delivery and water return, <br />and electrical utility lines and poles to the disposal area <br />facilities. <br />Preparation of the disposal area surfaces for placement and <br />installation of synthetic liner may be assigned to a Contractor other <br />than that required to perform the remaining work detailed in this <br />Specification. <br />1.2 Inspection of Work <br />Unless otherwise specified, full-time inspection of all <br />construction activities defined by the Specification will be provided <br />by the Owner.
