Changes to specific Exhibits aze noted in the responses and all changes to the application <br />have been enclosed and filed with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br />1. Proof of publication was sent to Ms. Suzi Erickson via memo on August 19, 2005. A <br />copy of that proof, along with the memo, is enclosed. Proof of Notice to all surface <br />owners within 200 ft of the affected land, structure owners and easement holders was sent <br />to the DMG on October 12, 2005 by Weiland, Inc. and should be contained within the <br />case file for this permit amendment. <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C -Pre-Minine and Minine Plan Mao(s) of Affected Lands <br />1. Exhibit C-1 is the Pre-Mine Plan Map. This map was not re-submitted with the <br />amendment, AM-1, as no changes to the original map were warranted. Surrounding <br />landowners within 200 ft of the affected land have not changed as of the date of the <br />application submittal and are shown on Exhibit C-1. They remain the same as of the date <br />of this letter as well. The intent of the original application/permit azea (M-2004-009) was <br />to permit the entire property under control by ASCI, intending to amend the permit (AM- <br />1) at alater date for mining in the south %z of the permit area. Structures within 200 ft aze <br />shown on Exhibit C-2 and all owners of structures within 200 ft of the affected land have <br />been listed on Exhibit C-2, which is enclosed. <br />2. The pit boundary on the Mining Plan Map, Exhibit C-2, has been updated to match the <br />reclamation plan boundary on Exhibit F. <br />3. Typical overburden stockpile locations have been shown on Exhibit C-2, the Mining Plan <br />Map. <br />4. Exhibit C-2 has been edited to include labels for the Plumb and Dailey Ditch, major <br />roadways, and the southeast and northwest comers of Section 31. <br />5. The discharge pipes have been tied-in to dewatering trenches for each mining Cell within <br />100 feet of Boulder Creek. These dischazge pipes aze located at the lowest elevation of <br />each mining Cell in relation to the distance from Boulder Creek and will be used in <br />conjunction with a dewatering pump to discharge alluvial groundwater ("mine <br />(303) 289-8555 Fax: (303) 289-7707 <br />
