6.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan Reclamation Summary This Reclamation Plan proposes to backfill the northeast portion of Cell 1, and a strip of land approximately 300 ft wide west of Cell 1. A 56-acre clay-lined reservoir will occupy the remainder of Cell 1. Cell 2 will be clay-lined and backfilled around the perimeter of the Cell leaving a 25-acre clay-lined lake in the interior of the cell. Cells 3, 5, and 6 will be backfilled to approximate historic grade. Cell 4 will be clay-lined to prevent groundwater inflow into the cell and left as a depression with 3:1 slopes. Reclamation of the pits will occur concurrently with mining. The recharge trenches for Cells 1 and 2 will be backfilled upon completion of dewatering of their respective cells.
