C o~,~ <br />Baafc.2884 PHGE919 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />TAX PARCEL 2937-021-00-102 <br />R parcel of land located in Section 1 and Section 2 of Township 11 <br />South, Range 98 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Mesa County, <br />Colorado. Said parcel of land being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the "1908" GLO Brass Cap Monument for the Southwest <br />corner of said Section 35 from whence the "1952" BLM Brass Cap <br />Monument for the South one-quarter corner of Section 34 bears <br />"WEST", a distance of 2607.68 feet with all bearings contained <br />herein being referenced thereto. Thence around the boundary of the <br />parcel the following six (6) courses: <br />1.) N.89°59'57"E., along the North boundary of Section 2 a <br />distance of 903.91 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of <br />Section 1. <br />2.) N.89°59'57"E., a distance of 71.36 feet along the North <br />boundary of said Lot 2 of Section 1 to a stone fence. <br />Continuing along said stone fence through course five (5). <br />3.) 5.06°01'03"E., a distance of 297.31 feet; <br />4.) N. 67°16'39"W., a distance of 274.63 feet; <br />5.) N.59°21'99"W., a distance of 370.66 feet to a point on the <br />North boundary of Lot 1 of Section 2. <br />6.)
