C Q3~=o f <br />e~4Kass~ <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />TAX PARCEL 2709-353-00-067 <br />PAGES YS <br />A parcel of land located in the SW1/9 SW1/9 of Section 35, Township <br />10 South, Range 98 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Mesa County, <br />Colorado. Said parcel being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the "1908" GLO Brass Cap Monument for the Southwest <br />corner of said Section 35 from whence the "1952" BLM Brass Cap <br />Monument for the South one-quarter corner of Section 34 bears <br />"WEST", a distance of 2607.68 feet with all bearings contained <br />herein being referenced thereto. Thence around the boundary of the <br />parcel the following seven (7) courses: <br />1.) N.89°54'57"E., a distance of 403.91 feet along the South <br />boundary of the said SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 35 to the <br />Northeast corner of Section 2, Township 11 South, Range 96 <br />West, 6th Principal Meridian. <br />2.) N.89°54'57"E., a distance of 71.36 feet to a stone fence. <br />Continuing along said stone fence through course five (5); <br />3.) N.06°33'02"W., a distance of 249.57 feet; <br />4.) N.16°21'22"E., a distance of 378.22 feet; <br />5.) N.21°09'37"W., a distance of 131.96 feet; <br />6.) N.51°96'00"W., a distance of 654.71 feet to the West boundary <br />of the SW1/9 SE1/9 of said Section 35. <br />7.)
