The <br />reclamation on the disturbance created by the highway construction <br />will be assured under CDOT's construction agreement with the <br />contractor. We understand that the construction project will include <br />some filling along the north bank of the Road Runners Rest mined area <br />(lake), grading, shaping, highway construction and reclamation of the <br />areas disturbed, to CDOT standards. <br />i have attached T.R. Map Ezhibit 1 showing the location of where the <br />requested change will take place in the yellow outline. The green <br />line shows the current permit area for the Road Runners Rest ii Pit. <br />This exhibit was based on a map prepared by Mueller Engineering for <br />the water storage project being planned by Denver Water and SACWSD. <br />It is current and up to date. <br />As the 120th Ave. project is currently in the construction phase, it <br />is requested that the Division approve this Technical Revision as soon <br />as possible so CDOT can begin activities within the Road Runner's Rest <br />ii permit area.
