As a part of the abatement, Oakridge <br />hereby requests approval to remove the oil soaked materials and spread the same <br />on the access road off of the permit area. <br />The soaked dirt would be spread on the access road in a thickness not to <br />exceed one inch (1") and in an area which no hydrologic impacts could be derived <br />from its placement. <br />Conversely, the use of this material would reduce dust on the access road. <br />Further, since it is estimated that there is less than 20 cubic yards of the <br />material, its use will be negligible at beet. <br />Your signature below will represent approval to dispose of the material, <br />in the above described manner.
