The Clean-Up Plan will be as follows: <br />1) Obtain approval from Controlling Agency to dispose of materials in <br />environmentally acceptable method. See attached letter from Mr. <br />Patrick Sheppard, San Juan Basin Health Department. <br />2) Remove the spill materials and dispose as per approval letter <br />referenced in item one above. The procedure of removal will be to <br />gather the oil soaked materials with a front end loader and dispose <br />in accordance with the attached approval. <br />The spill will be a non-reoccurring problem.
