Robhrson County Attorney <br />Kristen Hood, peputy perk o! the Board <br /> <br />when the folloa~ng proceedings, amoag others were held and done, to-wit: <br />ZONING AF,ARING DECISION -CASE #PUD2005-00006 <br />PDI TRACT PiID 2nD AMENDMENT <br />WfiEIZEAS, on the 27`s day of June, 2005, the Board of County Commissioners, held a public <br />hearing on the application of Albert Frei & Sons, Case ItPIJD2005-00006; and, <br />WHEREAS, this cast involved an application for: Major Amendment to the PUD to eliminate <br />time limits and permit permanent concrete, asphalt, and recycling plants on the following <br />described property: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: P.D.I. TRACT -FIRST AMENDED A RESUBDIVISION <br />OF P.ll_L 1RACT -PLANNED iJNI'F DEVELOPMENT, A PART OF THE S.E. %. <br />SECTION 39, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. <br />COiJN'I'Y OF ADAMS, STATE OF COLORADO. <br />APPRO}OMATE LOCATION: 7281 Colorado Blvd. <br />WHEREAS, substantial testimony was presented by members of the public and the applicant; <br />and, <br />WFIF.RF,AS, the Adams County Planning Commission held a public hearing on the 28~ day of <br />Aprii, 2005, and forwarded a recommendation of APPROVAL to the Boazd of County <br />Conmussioners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11' RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, County of <br />Adams, State of Colorado, that based upon the evidence presented at the hearing and the <br />recommendations of the Department of Planning and Development and the Planning <br />Commission, the application in this case be hereby APPROVED based upon the following <br />findings of fact: <br />Findings of Fact: <br />1. The Amendment conforms to the PUD-R ar PUD-C standards. <br />2. The Amendment is consistent with the previously approved YUD for the property. <br />3. The Amendment does not result in a change in the character of the development. <br /> <br /> <br />
