A fourteen <br />day extension is requested for these four culverts to allow <br />the area to be mapped by arial photography if necessary. <br />NOV C93-015 required certification of the Golden Eagle Haul <br />Roads. An original certification of the Golden Eagle <br />Surface Facilities and Roads Map 10 by Carl LJinters, P.E. on <br />8/31/89, has been located and will be maintained on file at <br />the Golden Eagle Mine. There have been no changes in Haul <br />Roads since 1989, and these roads are currently maintained <br />in accordance with the approved plan. <br />A TR will be submitted for sediment control at the North <br />Intake and Exhaust fan sites, <br />We request a fourteen day extensior. to allow time to survey <br />and certify Ponds 002, 002x, and 002b, and the fresh water <br />diversions to our River Pimps loc.stzd at the entrance to the <br />Mine. <br />An MR addressing C93-16 will be submitted by April 30, 1993. <br />Any debris resulting from our mining operation will be <br />cleaned up. <br />
