(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVb and c Construction <br />Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of February 16 <br />• through Mazch 8, 2003. <br />The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low <br />temperatures ranged from 2° F to 27° F, and highs ranged from 19° F to 47° F. Snow was recorded <br />on February 18`h, 19`s, 24`h through 28`h, and March 15`. Weather observations were made on eight <br />days of this twenty-one day reporting period. <br />Construction Synopsis <br />Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVb and <br />c construction. Ames placed SF downslope to the temporary <br />stockpiles, above and below the old Connolly haul road elevation. <br />
