In my professional judgement as an <br />experienced engineer, this design as shown will provide more than <br />adequate protection against damage to the waters downstream. <br />In order to demonstrate that this system is adequate, the company <br />commits to sampling all runoff events (although rare) for <br />laboratory analysis. Reports will be made and sent to the <br />Division on a semi-annual basis. <br />For Violation C-91-007, we feel that the required annual reports <br />for the sediment pond inspections have been submitted, as shown <br />in our letter of June 27, 1991.
