Mr. Richard Meyers <br /> SU-88-14 <br /> January 12, 1989 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Enforcement of this standard will require verification of the <br /> violation by an individual certified by the state of Colorado. <br /> 12) Apart from and in addition to the operations area and settling <br /> ponds, the maximum disturbed area on the property at any one time <br /> shall not exceed twenty-five (25) acres. Areas which have been <br /> shaped and contoured for subsequent planting will not be <br /> considered to be disturbed areas. <br /> 13) Operating hours for all activities on site shall be limited to the <br /> following schedule: <br /> Mining and Processing Operations: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. <br /> weekdays, <br /> Maintenance: 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br /> p.m. Saturdays, <br /> Sales: 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. weekdays, <br /> subject to the same standard for maximum noise levels as set under <br /> condition #2 above. <br /> 14) No asphalt plant operations shall be permitted on the property. <br /> 15) That the Loveland Ready Mix property be mined as an extension of <br /> Stage 4, provided that the landowner possesses the required <br /> permits from Boulder County and all other required permits allowing <br /> mining of sand and gravel, and the sand and gravel processed and <br /> sold from the applicant's sand and gravel processing site. <br /> 16) That the applicant obtain well permits or any other permit which <br /> may legally be required by the Colorado State Engineer prior to any <br /> operation requiring such permit. <br /> 17) That the applicant agree in writing to monitor and mitigate adverse <br /> effects on groundwater wells serving the properties southwest of <br /> the proposed operation. <br /> 18) That the applicant obtain any required Floodplain Development <br /> Permit from the Boulder County Public Works Department prior to <br /> any operation requiring such permit. <br /> 19) That the Site Specific Development Agreement contain the standard <br /> language requiring participation in any county-wide road fund <br /> which may be established in the future. <br /> 20) That the term of the Site Specific Development Agreement be 3 <br /> years. <br /> 21) That the standard language of the Site Specific Development <br /> Agreement requiring personal liability of the signers be waived. <br /> 22) That the applicant or designate may temporarily locate for a time <br /> not to exceed six months, a concrete producing plant adjacent to <br /> the sand and gravel operations site for the purpose of furnishing <br /> concrete for City, County, and/or State government contracts in <br />
