The <br /> approved site plan for the Deepe Farm Continuation shall be that <br /> map labeled Deepe Pit Excavation Plan with Sales and Weight Facility <br /> Added 10/26/88. <br /> 2) That the state noise standards for residential areas apply to the <br /> mining site and that sound be measured and calculated according to <br /> the accepted standards of the U. S. Environmental Protection <br /> Agency (EPA). A monitoring program is to be conducted by a <br /> professional acoustics consultant at the applicant's expense. The <br /> monitoring site is to be located immediately behind the property <br /> known as 1230 Chambers Drive. The monitoring procedure is to be <br /> as proposed on page 4 of the December 2, 1981 letter from Charles <br /> M. Salter Associates.
