The Mining Plan Map has been signed by the qualified person who <br />prepared the map. The map boundary identifies both the permit boundary and the <br />affected ]and boundary, they are the same. <br />2. Exhibit D. Three phases are designated for mining. <br />Phase 1- 3.24 acres. <br />Phase 2- 2.22 acres <br />Phase 3- 1.82 acres <br />Mining will proceed in a sequential manner starting with Phase 1 and ending with <br />Phase 3. <br />Roads and access routes.- The mine is entered by way of the current mining road <br />into the Dawson Mine. Two temporary roads will be used to haul material out of <br />the mining areas to the stockpile. One road will be on the west side of Phase 1 <br />and the second road between Phase 2 and Phase 3. Both roads will be reclaimed <br />after mining. The main haul and access road will not be reclaimed. It is used for <br />access to the Bijou Mine about one fourth mile to the east. <br />There aze no offices, shops, maintenance buildings, plants, or processing <br />facilities on the site and none will be constructed. <br />Drainage will be neither increased nor decreased by mining. The three <br />knobs will be reduced in height creating three flat areas. The azeas will drain <br />into the existing drainage pattern that flows north down the slopes to the main <br />haul road. <br />There is no water used in conjunction with the mining. No water is hauled into <br />the site and no water on site is used. <br />
