Following arc a few items that need to be addressed in order to meet the minimum requirements of the AcdConstruction Rules and Regulations. Pursuant to kule ] .1Q an amendment application to a permit shall be submitted with the sa:r;: content as required for an original application, except that the Applicant will not he required io submit any information which dupticates applicable previous submittals. Does the map boundary identify and outline the permit boundary or the affected ]m:d boundary (or are the boundaries the same)? Pursuant to Rule 6.4.3, the total area *.o be mined and the area of affected lands must be identified on the Mining Plan Map. Exhibit D - a description of the size and location of each area to be worked during each phase should be included in this Exhibit (Rule 6.4.4(e)(ii)). The Mining Plan should outline the sequence in which each stage or phase of tine operation will be carried out (Rule 6.4.4(e)(iii)). Describe the major components of the mining operation such as: roads and access routs, pit, ofTlce, shop/maintenance buildings, plant, and processing facilities.
