Consequently, it is requested that <br /> the above mentioned map be adopted for use with permit M-81-302. <br /> Lastly, the permit application on page B-10 proposes that dry <br /> land be topsoiled to a depth of 6 to 8 inches. Experience during <br /> the last 4 years of operation shows that very little topsoil <br /> exists on the sand and gravel deposit. There is not enough <br /> topsoil available from the site to cover the dry land to a depth <br /> of 6 to 8 inches. Ultimately, the property will be developed for <br /> uses other than agricultural . Consequently, it is proposed that <br /> the dry land be topsoiled according to the amount of topsoil <br /> available on site rather than the 6 to 8 inches. This will <br /> provide sufficient vegetative growth to hinder erosion and <br /> unsightliness until development occurs. <br /> Accordingly, it is requested that the permit be so amended. <br />
