My name is William E. Nottingham, Jr. and my ad- <br /> dress is P.O. Box B, Avon, Colorado 81620. <br /> 2. For the past several years I have been an officer, <br /> director and shareholder of Nottingham Sand and Gravel Company, a <br /> Colorado corporation, engaged in the mining and sale of sand and <br /> gravel at two sites in Eagle County, Colorado. As an officer and <br /> employee of Nottingham Sand and Gravel , I have been actively in- <br /> volved in managing company affairs and have general supervisory <br /> responsibility as to all company business. <br /> 3. On November 22, 1978, Nottingham Sand and Gravel <br /> Company submitted an application for an extraction and development <br /> permit to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the com- <br /> pany' s Eagle Pit operation. <br /> 4. As part of my job as corporate officer and employee <br /> of Nottingham Sand and Gravel , I supervised and participated in <br /> the preparation of the Eagle Pit permit application and was also <br />
