Enclosed is a check (#04749) in the <br /> amount of$875.00 for processing of this technical revision. <br /> CC&V is installing separate two-inch diameter polypropylene pipelines from Pads 3 and <br /> 4 and the Victor Pad to the VLF. The purpose of the two pipelines is to transport <br /> available water from the decommissioned pads to the VLF for use as make-up water in <br /> the process circuits. The water available at Pads 3 and 4 and the Victor Pad is a resource <br /> that when transported to the VLF and recycled, will replace an equal volume of fresh <br /> water that would otherwise be required. Transport and subsequent use of the water via <br /> these pipelines is a water conservation and recycling measure. In addition, water may <br />
