Given that only a thin veneer of soil was eroded, <br />the Division does not consider the erosion to be excessive. <br />In the event that you have any information contrary to the facts <br />presented in this response, the Division would be interested in giving it <br />consideration. Specifically, any photographic evidence of deposition <br />outside of the berm or excessive erosion below the culverts would be <br />appreciated. <br />.
