The third pazty sampling contractor shall observe the sa ple enter the <br />analytical laboratory, decontamination of all sampli g equipment, <br />bailing and sample collection. <br />4. The third pazty sampling contractor shall complete an a eptance form <br />for each sample, including its appraisal of whether the sampling <br />technique employed by BMRI conforms with the approv d TR No. 006 <br />protocol. <br />5. If the third party contractor refuses to accept said samp a and states a <br />specific objection to it, BMRI shall perform the sam ling a second <br />time. If concurrence cannot be reached after resampli g, the sample <br />shall be designated as "rejected" and be in dispute. <br />6. The third party sampling contractor shall be responsibl for providing <br />all necessary bottles, reagents, packing, coolers, prese ation needs, <br />custody forms, and all other sampling materials as nee d to conduct <br />said sampling pursuant to the TR No. 006 protocol. <br />7. The third party sampling contractor shall be responsi a for sample <br />preservation, transportation and delivery to the indepen ent analytical <br />laboratory. <br />8. Alt sampling, analysis and reporting shall comply with <br />TR-006 protocol. <br />9. The third party sampling contractor shall document its <br />the approved TR-006 protocol. <br />Malysis of Samples <br />1. Samples collected hereunder shall be analyzed by the <br />analytical laboratory designated by DMG for the followin; <br />Total C~+anide, WAD Cyanide and Copper in accorda <br />approved analytical protocol set forth in TR No. 006 <br />Submittal of Invoices <br />approved <br />with <br />independent <br />;parameters: <br />nce with the <br />-4- <br />
