The monitoring locations for each third party sampling event shall be <br />designated by DMG in advance of the sampling even and shall be <br />selected from the following approved monitoring Iota ions: <br />Direction of Sampling Activity <br />1. The DMG, through its project manager, shall direct the sampling and <br />analytical efforts of the third party contractor. <br />2. The DMG project manager shall schedule sampling acti ties with the <br />independent contractor. <br />3. The DMG shall provide BMRI a minimum of two worki~g days notice <br />to coordinate the sampling activity with its sampling personnel or <br />contractor. <br />4. Split samples retained by BMRI shat! be deemed by D G to satisfy <br />any normal required sampling effort scheduled to oc r within two <br />weeks of the independent sampling event. The DMG an BMRI shall <br />use their best efforts to coordinate sampling activities in uch a way as <br />to minimize duplication. <br />Sample Collection Procedures <br />1. The third party sampling contractor shall observe <br />sampling. <br />2.
