<br /> <br />DRAFT <br />Article 13 -Ownership of Work Product <br />13.1 The originals and copies of all reports, publications, <br />conclusions, information and other work product furnished by BMRI to <br />obtained or developed by Consultant under this Agreement, and all informs <br />BMRI's business plans, operations, properties, practices, records, inventions, s <br />shall be and remain the property of BMRI. Upon termination of this Agree <br />the prior request of BMRI, Consultant shall deliver such work product and <br />BMRI. <br />13.2 Consultant shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, <br />claims, leases, mining rights or fee lands in the San Luis Gold Project Area, <br />Colorado without BMRI's prior written consent.
