DRAFT <br />11.2 Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Agr ement shall be <br />in writing and shall be deemed to have been given when hand-delivered ~r five (5) days <br />after such writing is deposited in the U.S. Mail, certified or registered, return receipt <br />requested, in a postage prepaid envelope addressed, to Consultant's, or DMg'i's, or BMRI's, <br />as appropriate, respective representatives as set forth in Section 11.1, above, for to such other <br />representative as either shall designate by written notice to the other. <br />Article 12 - Nonassignment <br />12.1 BMRI has entered into this Agreement in order to receive t <br />services of Consultant.
