~/!/1- <br />Western Atlea <br />International <br />CORE LABORATORIES <br />Sample Delivery Group (SDG) Narrative <br />February 19, 1993 <br />Customer: Battle Mountain Gold <br />Project: San Luis- Geocheaical Analysis of Tailings <br />Core Laboratories Project Number: 930036 <br />On January 12, 1992, Core Laboratories received a sett of three <br />soil samples (,~7 90-117, ,~12 81-108, ,~13 108-126) fob geochemical <br />analysis from Battle Mountain Gold's San Luis site. samples were <br />collected on December 17, 18, 19, 1992 by a representiative of <br />Battle Mountain Gold. The following information is pertinent to <br />the interpretation of this data package. <br />During verification of the data package, it was noted that no <br />quality control samples were reported for the conductivity <br />values associated with the rinsing process as outlin d in Alana <br />Scott's memo dated November 25, 1992. It was discovered that the <br />analyst wasn't fully aware of batch specific quality ,control <br />requirements for this analysis. Because of this mistake, quality <br />control samples are associated with Core sample numbers l0 <br />through 37 for conductivity were not analyzed. All o~her <br />parameters reported under this job number met all quality control <br />requirements.
