<br />~ 2 5 2002 <br />EXHIBIT F - List of Other Permits and Licenses Required Dbision of Miaerals ana Geoloer <br />There are no other permits or licenses required for the proposed amendment to the permit area. <br />EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />See the attached Warranty Deed and Easement Agreement. <br />The Operator of the Wright Pit, Universal Peat Sand & Gravel, Inc., owns both the surface and mineral <br />rights on the land on which the amended permit area is situated, and has the legal right to amend the permit <br />area. The legal right to enter the land is not an issue in the case of this proposed amendment to the permit <br />area. <br />EXHIBIT H - Municiaalities Within aTwo-mile Radius <br />There are no municipalifieswithin atwo-mile radius of the proposed amended permit area. <br />EXHIBIT I -Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />[this will be a dated receipt signed by a member of the office staff in the County Clerk's office.] <br />EXHIBIT J -Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil Conservation <br />District <br />(these v~ill be copies of return receipts for Certified Mail from the two entities.} <br />EXHIBIT K - Terms of Government Contract <br />Not Applicable. <br />EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />The only permanent man-made structure within 200 feet of the amended permit area is a barbed-wire fence <br />running generally east-west about 10-20 feet south of the amended permit area. This fence is owned by the <br />Universal Peat Sand & Gravel Company. <br />
