The <br />Assistant Secretary-Land and Minerals Management approved the mining plan, <br />and it became effective on February 24, 1989. Please read the mining plan <br />approval document to be sure that you understand the requirements and <br />conditions. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the newspaper notice we sent to the Craig Daily Press, <br />Moffat County, Colorado.
