Regulation No. 41, Table 3.
Reaorting of an Exceedance
When an exceedance of a parameter is identified by sampling, MRV will report
the exceedance to DRMS within 30 days of the receipt of the results of the water
quality analysis that identifies the exceedance. The report shall contain the
results obtained in the water quality monitoring round, an evaluation of the
results, and a proposal for mitigation of the exceedance.
Mitigation of an Exceedance
The method of mitigation of an exceedance will be determined at the time of the
identification of the exceedance. The mitigation will be specific to the location of
the monitoring point at which the exceedence was identified, the parameter for
which the exceedance was identified, and the potential for environmental impact
as a result of the exceedence.
CONSTRUCTION OF WELLS
Comment
3. In response to Rule 3.1.7(7)(b)(vii), please clarify the time schedule for
implementation of re-construction of up-gradient Iaell (MW-1) and construction of
down-gradient well (MW-5).
