MAN MADE STRUCTURES AGREEMENT <br />COLORADO MARBLE, INC. , WC KIBLER <br />As required under Section 34-32.5-141, et sea., C.R. S., and 2 CGR 407-1, any man- <br />made, significant or valuable structures located within 200' of affected land boundaries <br />must be identified and addressed via signed and notarized agreement between mine <br />operator and land/structure owner. <br />Colorado Marble, Inc., has applied for a reclamation perntit amendment for their Lilly <br />Mines operation located 2 miles north of Ga~eld, CO, along Taylor Gnlch drainage. <br />Colorado Mazble, Inc, affected land boundaries will be within 200' of the historic Lilly <br />Mine mill structure, located within the Prince Albert patented mining claim, listed under <br />your ownership with the Chaffee County Assessor's office. Colorado Marble, Inc., has <br />no intention of moving, demolishing, or disturbing any historic mining structure on your <br />Prince Albert mining claim.
