Mr. Lionelle apparently retained the ownership of these underground mine operations at
the time of sale of the rest of patented claims to Colorado Mazble in 1998. Both of these
mines are located on Exhibit Ca Pre-mining plan map. I am fairly certain that this subject
will be brought up during county hearing this coming week, and my response will be as
above. Please a-mail me or call if you have any further questions or comments.
The Li11y Mine structures are within 200' of the proposed affected land boundaries. A
signed and notarized structures agreement was sent to owner WC Kibler, owner of record
according to county records regazding the Lilly Mine structures and was returned signed
and notarized by J. Lionelle, copy included with this mailing. The Garfield Mine is app.
one-half mile from southern affected land boundaries. No impact is anticipated for either
of these potentially historic sites.
KSKIco
Sincerely,
Kenne ~ S. Klco
Azurite, Inc.
