Responsibilities include work plan development, super ision of field <br />work, data analysis and interpretation, and report preparation. <br />1978-83 Carpenter and carpenter foreman at commercial and industrial proje is including <br />multi-story office buildings, a cement plant and acoal-fired pow r plant. <br />1971-78 General residential and light commercial carpentry. <br />GENERAL BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Leonhardt has been actively involved in surface water, ground wat r and solid <br />waste characterization studies and reclamation design. Field experience includes supervision <br />of drilling and well completion operations, ground water sampling, surface and sub-surface <br />solid waste sampling, field QAlOC on solid waste reclamation projects, and su ervision of <br />drainage inventories. Specific project involvement includes a hydrologic investi ation of an <br />acidic mine drainage affected basin, development of a closure plan for a RCR hazardous <br />waste site, and analysis of organic and inorganic ground water contamination, eclamation <br />experience includes design of stable-surface waste impoundments with related torm water <br />runoff channels, erosion protection and hydraulic structures. Project engineer res onsibilities <br />include communication with clients and regulatory personnel, work plan develo ment, field <br />work supervision, data interpretation and report writing. <br />
