Both of these individuals have supervised nd provided
oversight of sampling programs on other projects. Several of these projects hav been under
the regulatory control of the Colorado Department of Health and the U.S. E vironmental
Protection Agency. Mr. Sherman Worthington will manage the project and erve as the
principal contact with the Mined Land Reclamation Division. Resumes for the WWL employees involved i the project
are attached to this letter. These individuals have completed the 40 hour OSH Health and
Safety Course and the annual 8 hour refresher courses according to 29 CFR 1910.120.
Certificates for each individual will be provided to Battle Mountain Gold prior to i itiating the
sampling and as needed during the course of the program. A statement of qualifi ations was
previously provided that summarizes the experience and expertise of WWL.
We understand the sensitive and confidential nature of this project, and a need to
cooperate, at all times with the personnel of the Mined Land Reclamation ivision and
personnel and contractors of Battle Mountain Gold. We also understand our res onsibilities
to provide third party oversight of the sampling activities in a straight f rward and
autonomous manner.
