Mr. Andrew Legg -3- November 16, 2001
TABLE 1
SUMMARY OF PRIVATE WELLS MONITORED DURING CONSTRUCTION
Well Permit No. Well Owner and Pro a Address Well De th and Prima Use
Charles and Francis McLaughlin
167811 5400 E. 88"' Avenue 30 ft. -Domestic
Henderson, CO 80640
Abel Rubi and William Reimel
8665 5391 E. 88`" Avenue 50 k. -Domestic
Henderson, CO 80640
Brody, D. and Priola, W.
155686 5001 E. 88`" Avenue 37 ft. -Irrigation
Henderson, CO 80640
Priola, A.
155839 5000 E. 88'h Avenue 25 ft. -Irrigation
Henderson, CO 80640
Water levels were measured in the four wells between January 4, and October 17, 2001. Measurements
made in January, April, and October represent the before, during, and after dewatering periods,
respectively. Figure 1 (attached) shows that in general, water levels in the four wells decreased/dropped
about 8 feet during the dewatering activities, and increased/rose to (or slightly above) the approximate
water level that existed before dewatering activities began.
It is our opinion that construction dewatering activities did not cause physical damage to any of the
private wells within 500 feet of the pond north of East 88th Avenue, and construction dewatering was
performed in general conformance with the intent of the design, construction drawings, technical
specifications, and Technical Revision-03 to Permit No. M-1994-093, approved by the DMG on February
12, 2001.
Please call me if you have questions or need additional information,
Sincerely,
GEICONSULTANTS,
Q/ I
~/~
Robert J.
