Irrigational Canal owned by Uncompahgre Valley Water Users Association lies on the southwest <br />side of Popular Road, across from the future alternate access route. A damage reimbursement <br />agreement with Uncompahgre Valley Water Users Association has been executed in case of the <br />unlikely event of damage to that structure caused by the proposed operations. A copy of that <br />agreement, completed 28 May 2002, follows. <br />8. Underground Tel~hone Lines owned by Q-West aze located in Shawano County Road right-of- <br />way more than 200 feet distant to the southeast and northwest from the future access route. <br />9. Underground Waterline owned by Chipeta Water Company lies in the Popular County Road <br />right-of--way, near the northeast boundary. A damage reimbursement agreement with Chipeta <br />Water Company has been executed in case of the unlikely event of damage to that structure <br />caused by the proposed operations.
