The DMG comments are provided below in italics. 3b) Revised Map -The applicant has provided a copy of the Tab 14 Map ("Lake Reclamation Exhibit') which shows the locations of three (8) proposed groundwater monitoring stations near the western portion of the project. The map will need to be revised to include the location(s) where mitigation measures such as perimeter drains will be installed upon a finding of a groundwater level measurement of 4821 feet or higher, as specified below in Item 3c. We have revised the Lake Reclamation Exhibit to show the location of the perimeter drain. 6) The applicant has specified two (2) distinct scenarios for the height of riverside embankment to receive riprap installation, and these scenarios are based on the proximity of the St. Vrain River to the existing ponds. The applicant will need to revise the "Slope Protection Plan (Existing/Proposed Conditions)" map to identify and isolate the areas to receive each of the 2 types of riprap installation. We recommend the applicant use a distinct color or symbol for to identify all areas to receive each application. We have revised the map to included ahatching/coloration for each distinct riprap application. 7) In conformance with Rule 6.4.12(1), the applicant will need to revise Exhibit L to verify the material volumes and itemized costs for installation of the 5 spillways specified on the "Lake Reclamation Exhibit" and Slope Protection Plan (Existing/Proposed Condition)" maps. We have revised the cost estimate to itemize each spillway, as well as to include the perimeter drain costs. Memo-Lkwd.2005
