The monitoring equipment for
these wells ie so bulky and the wells are so remote that a
motorized vehicle must be able to access the well sites for
monitoring. It is possible that late spring rain or snow showers
could render the wells inaccessible because of muddy conditions.
It is also possible that mud slides could make the access roads to
either of the wells impassible during April. However the roads
would probably dry sufficiently so the wells could be monitored
during May. It is also possible that early snow storms could
prevent access to the wells for the required October monitoring.
October monitoring will be scheduled at the beginning Lo Lhe middle
of the month to reduce the likelihood of problems with early snow
storms.
The Division will be given written notification if either April or
October monitoring is missed. The notificntion will explain the
conditions which caused the lack of monitoring. If April
monitoring is missed, the wells will be monitored as soon as
possible in May. If the October monitoring is missed, monitoring
will be performed in November or December if possible.
2.05 - 47iii
New 06-07-94
Tf1TRl P. R3
