(Carina). The project is located <br />along the north bank of fhe St. Vrain River, east of Interstate 25. Carina will be performing reclamation activities to the <br />three existing lakes. The reclamation project consists of grading activities and slurry wall construction. <br />In accordance with fhe requirements of C.R.S. 34-32.5-~ 15(4)(e), Canna acknowledges that they will be the responsible <br />and financially liable party in the case of damage to existing utilities dudng the reclamation project. <br />Please acknowledge you receipt of this letter by signing and returning it to my attention. <br />Also, it seems that this letter should be on Carina Letterhead with a return to your attention.
