This is a motion that we received from <br />7 Castle Concrete and that what I'm going to do is just <br />8 give you sort of a preliminary recommendation to the <br />9 division with respect to that motion, but I think you <br />10 ought to hear from Castle Concrete in its entirety with <br />11 respect to the motion and any other parties or objectors <br />12 present. This motion was transmitted to all the parties <br />I3 involved in this including James Pratt; Rick Laurenzi; <br />14 Greg Nagel; Cedar Heights; Mansfield Development; to the <br />15 attorney general, Frank Johnson; John Covert and Joyce <br />16 Nagel of Mansfield Development Corporation, so I believe <br />17 they have all received copies of this motion. <br />18 What I would just draw your attention to <br />19 and then sit down and not say anything more for a. while <br />20 is the last paragraph where Castle Concrete is making its <br />21 request, and Castle moves for a continuance, and Castle <br />22 asked that the permit amendment application be deferred <br />23 for final decision on the merits with the objectors then <br />24 presenting their case and the company's rebuttal, which <br />25 continuance shall be until such time as the board is <br />
