1 <br />li <br /> <br />i <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />• • 6 <br />1 corrective action plan. <br />2 So at this point the Division is not--does <br />3 not feel that it can recommend to the board that Castle <br />4 Concrete has satisfied the corrective action to the point <br />5 where we would recommend to the board that they are no <br />6 longer in violation. However, we do believe they are <br />7 working diligently in that direction. <br />8 There are a couple issues that have arisen <br />9 since we have had discussions with Castle Concrete, and I <br />10 think those may be addressed more specifically by Castle <br />11 Concrete and by us, and part of it has tc do with the <br />12 fact that the corrective action that the board ordered <br />13 was very specific, and since that time we recognize that <br />14 Castle Concrete probably should not have to comply with <br />15 that specifically in that it ought to be either changed <br />16 or modified or whatever the appropriate method is. <br />17 The reason for that is as follows: The <br />18 corrective action that the board had recommended--excuse <br />19 me--that the board had ordered stated two things. One is <br />20 that Castle Concrete was to reclaim the damage tc the <br />21 slope just west of the Phase 1 area by reseeding or <br />22 replacing lost trees by October 30, 1989. <br />23 And then the second part of that cyder was <br />24 that they were to reclaim the damage due to material <br />25 slides along the access road shoulder by completing the <br />
