It's very difficult to a volunteer, and t:hat's <br />21 what most of us are. We are taking time out from our <br />22 jobs and our livelihoods to be here. <br />23 I've stopped calling Dan and going through <br />24 all this stuff on the telephone and trying to understand <br />25 the technical items of the initial plans, be it the <br />
