I don't think it
requires a motion, necessarily.
Does that give you the latitude?
MR. BANTA: I think that's fine, Erom my
perspective. I guess I would ask one thing of the people
who are parties to the notice of violation of corective
action, and that is we have received some writte~i
comments on the plan at this point or written
recommendations.
Mr. Nussbaum today gave me a document
which outlines certain things for the corrective action
plan. What I would ask--and I don't know if we heed an
order or if I just make a request to the parties of this,
but I'd like to have in writing whatever comment:; they
have. I mean, I'd like to have it by the end of the
week, but that may not be ample time. If we could have
it in writing by Monday, that would be very helps°ul to
us.
MR. NUSSBAUM: My position is that: all
objectors give written comments about the correct:ive
action plan by October 25 to the staff, that the staff
complete their negotiations with Castle by the 1_~th, the
staff give notice then to all parties about what is the
status of the corrective action plan.
