I had sut~mitted <br />l0 to Mr. Hernandez on the 25th of September a letter that <br />11 had 11 specific concerns and 7 specific recommendations. <br />12 And after reading through the corrective action X~lan that <br />13 has been submitted, 2 of those concerns and 2 of those <br />14 recommendations have been covered completely. I still <br />15 have 9 outstanding concerns and 5 unanswered <br />16 recommendations--or at least questions of those items. <br />17 I'd like to suggest that the division <br />18 staff chair a meeting that can occur next month at the <br />19 location of majority, whether it's Denver or Colcrado <br />20 Springs. The purpose of that meeting would be tc take <br />21 dialogue and a resolution of the concerns of the <br />22 objectors and the applicant. Prior to that meeting, as I <br />23 have--as Mr. Nussbaum has, the objectors could submit <br />24 those concerns to Castle and have their responses or <br />25 considerations ready. It might be that that meeting is a <br />
